Looking for a career that fulfils your desire to do good in this world, and is family friendly? We’d love to talk with you.
It’s not just the way we do law for our clients that breaks tradition, how we operate as a firm breaks that tradition, too.
This position is:
– completely work from home (although we would fund a co-working space if that’s preferred)
– part time, full time, or parent-friendly hours
– family friendly; you set your timetable around your family
– fully flexible and fully remote
– no timesheets
– bonus structure
– we don’t often do court appearances; this is because our model is based around being accessible to clients and that’s not possible if we’re in court all day
– based anywhere in Australia except WA
We will provide you will all required technology (computers, monitors, phones etc.) to be a part of our team.
Does this sound like you?
Are you ready to break the mold and do things differently?
We’d love to hear from you if:
– you’re at least five years PQE
– you’ve got strong drafting skills
– your soft skills are strong; we’re nice to our clients and value kindness and empathy
– you’re highly organised with high attention to detail, and
– you’re tech savvy; we’re paperless and use whatever tech we can.
Remuneration commensurate with experience.
We recognise we’re unusual and encourage potential applicants to contact us with any questions or queries regarding this role before you commit to submitting an application.
We want to make sure we are all the right fit for each other, and don’t want you to feel as though you need to submit anything if you’re unsure.
